Can you cycle to work?

Cycling to work helps you stay fit and healthy, burns a lot of calories, and reduces you carbon footprint too.  If you cycle 9 miles to work and back 5 days a week, you will burn about 4000 calories a week.  By not using your car, over the course of a year you are saving about 321kg of CO2.  Arrive to work feeling pumped and ready for the day ahead.  Cycle safe, use cycle highways and parks where you can.
